For screeners & video

Send screeners without an $800-a-month contract

Sales agents, festivals, publicists and filmmakers send cuts through Embershot: encrypted streaming, the viewer’s name on screen, and an end date you set.

What every screener gets

Encrypted streaming

Video plays from encrypted streams in the protected player. There is no file for viewers to download.

The viewer’s name on screen

A watermark with each viewer’s name or ID sits over the picture, using the position, size and opacity you choose.

One device, one window

Lock each screener to the first device that opens it, and set the date it stops playing.

Who watched

See who opened each screener and when, and revoke a link if it travels further than it should.

What it costs

Pro is $29 a month. A Project is $100 a month and adds multiple admins and 2,500 shares a month, $0.03 per share after that, with files up to 4 GB. CineSend’s Teams plan, with viewer watermarks and single-device viewing, lists at $797 a month (cinesend.com/pricing, checked October 12, 2026).

Questions

Can viewers record the screen?

No software can stop someone from filming a screen with a second device. That is why every page carries the reader’s name: a leaked photo still says whose copy it was. In the Embershot apps, and for screenshot shortcuts on a computer, a screenshot attempt is logged with the page, device and IP address, and access is cut off.

How large can a file be?

Up to 4 GB per file inside a Project. Personal Pro uploads are up to 500 MB.

Do viewers need an app?

No. Screeners play in the browser. The Embershot apps for iPhone, iPad and Android add screenshot detection on the device.
